The book "The Ji Hong Tai Chi System", Evoltionary Theory, Application, Methodology, by Masters Hong-Yuan Luo and Jennifer Gu, was published in 2005. On 334 pages, with many b/w and colour pictures, the authors describe the roots of their scientifically based training methods, explain thoroughly basic and advanced Tai Chi principles, and provide practical training templates for mastering the Tai Chi principles.
