TAI CHI GONG (CONDITIONING EXERCISES)

Gong refers to repetitive exercise routines that have been developed to benefit overall fitness and health. Practicing gong is an excellent way of obtaining many of the physical and mental benefits of Tai Chi without having to memorize the particular moves of a form. At the same time, the exercises lay a solid foundation for learning any future Tai Chi form or for improving forms you may be doing.
